Neil Freeman decided to push imagination to the limit and redraw the 50 states of the United States. He did this based on the 2010 Population Census to determine exactly how our country would look if all the states had completely equal voting rights. The electoral college is made up of 538 electors; two from every state to create the Senate representatives, and the other members are based on state population. Using Freeman’s method, every state had equal representation.
